Registration
Cost for Full Time Daughters and Adults (Thursday through Sunday) is $150 if postmarked by May 30, 2010. After May 30, 2010 the cost is $160.

Librarian's Competition
Here is the information pertaining the Librarian's Contest for Grand Session this year! Please note that entries need to be postmarked by June 21st and entries can NOT be turned in at Session. Any questions, please call or email me. I encourage all daughters to enter these contests! All daughters can enter the individual competitions where they may enter a poem, short story, essay, or book report. Also, be sure to note that daughters may resubmit entries from 2008-2009 since there were no awards handed out last year. Just be sure to circle the appropriate term/year. Please remind the daughters not put their names on their entries. Fill out the entry form and attach it with the work. Thanks so much!!

- Banner Competition
Session is approaching and its time to start planning for your banner. As in years past there will be no specific theme, and this year's competition will again be divided into 2 award categories: large and small Bethels. There will be awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the large Bethel category and a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for small Bethels too, hoping to encourage more competition.
All banners must be either 3 feet by 5 feet or 5 feet by 3 feet. Please do not include your Bethel number on the banner. Include a sheet of paper with your Bethel number, whether your size category, the number of daughters and their ages that worked on the banner and a summary of your banner. All banners must be Jobie appropriate." - Music competition information and entry form

Bible Ceremony
All initiates from 2009-2010 are invited to participate in the Bible Ceremony at the Formal Opening. They should wear Jobie regalia: robes with cords, long white slip, white shoes, white nylons and headbands.
Necrology Ceremony
Please send all names, relationship and Bethel number to Mom Ann Bailey, Grand Chaplain. This is the way we honor the memory of our members or family members who have passed away.
Closing Ceremony
All Grand Bethel Officers and Representatives are invited to participate in the Closing Cross at Formal Opening. They will wear complete Jobie regalia.
Grand Bethel Reports
Bethel Guardians, remind your Grand Bethel Officers and Representatives that their reports are due to Mom Melanie by May 1. The best report will be read at Session during Formal Opening.
Spirit Award
Spirit Award forms are due to Mom Melanie by June 1. Make sure they are filled out completely. There are some new areas, which are required. Remember, if you qualify for the Virginia award you automatically qualify for the Supreme award. Bethel Guardians, it is your responsibility to submit your forms to Supreme. Please don't disappoint our daughters by forgetting to do this.
